Kui is a certified yoga instructor, having been trained in the Himalayas by Sadhviabha Saraswati. She teaches Traditional Hatha Yoga, Prayanama (breathing method) and Thai Massage.
Through a rare encounter in 2008 with a Colombian monk, I first experienced yoga. I was taught yoga by him once a week. He planted the seed.
In an effort to heal her knee injuries, she would return to the path nearly five years later. Gradually, she discovered the magic of yoga. She lost weight, felt better digestion, was able to sleep again, experienced a decrease in anxiety, had a greater sense of focus, and her flexibility increased. Yoga was a major part of her daily life.
Soon, her practice evolved into a desire for teaching, eventually leading to her travels to India, where she completed 200 hours of teacher's training at Parmarth Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh.
She teaches Traditional Hatha Yoga for beginners and intermediates. She focuses on the awareness of your breath. She wants to share her knowledge with her students and help them find their unique path in their practice.
