It was not a great learning experience. They simply show slides and then read them. The customer service team is also not supportive. They keep blaming the customer or refusing to answer calls.

This review is not about the course but rather my experience with customer service and other emails. I made a mistake. I tried to contact them by submitting tickets and sending emails. I did not receive any response. The only answer I got was delayed one day and had a poor reply that ignored the entire email. I tried other methods, but the result is the same. I didn't feel any urgency nor empathy from them to help me resolve my situation. It is frustrating because it feels like you are talking to the walls.
