This online course is offered once a month. Sessions are available morning, afternoon, and evening. The course begins in the first two weeks each month. You can request a message if you have missed the last month's slot, and would like to keep the slot for the next one. This option is only available for Executive and Pro members. Each session lasts approximately one hour to one hour thirty minutes.
