This course will teach you accounting and bookkeeping basics, how to prepare and lodge business activities statements (BAS), create and maintain financial reports, set up and maintain payroll systems, use ethical frameworks and principles, as well as the use of industry-leading software MYOB and Xero.
The course can be completed successfully to make you a certified bookkeeper or registered BAS agent with the Tax Practitioner's Board (other criteria apply), as well as a payroll officer and an assistant. It can also be used to further your education, such as the Diploma of Accounting and Diploma of Payroll.
