Conflict is presented in this workshop as healthy and natural for effective organizational workflows. Conflict can also be a catalyst for change as it leads to new policies and changes in corporate culture.
But, it is possible to create a dysfunctional workplace culture and employee behavior by not properly handling conflict.
Participants will learn how to understand and handle conflict and what the basics are for managing it. These skills, concepts, and techniques are based upon Gregg Lee Carter's and Joseph F. Byrnes’ studies on organizational conflict resolution and Kurt Lewin’s conflict framework for intrapersonal as well as interpersonal conflict management.
