For two weeks now I have not been able to trade properly. I don't know why, but sometimes everything hangs up, and sometimes they won't let me in at all. I have tried calling them 10 times, but they won't answer the phone. They claim they are having communication problems that they won't be able to fix in the next 2 weeks. I'm changing brokers.

I don't like to recommend brokers to anyone. I just share my experience with this broker. I have studied the legal documents and OctaFX complies with them. The company is legally registered and ready to go. The company is regulated by law. I have not encountered any problems when terminating contracts. The trading works well and is intuitive. I have some questions to the support department. Sometimes you have to wait a long time for an answer from the technical support. Although it is possible that the load is heavy, I hope the broker has noticed and solved this issue.

If your account has been blocked, such as mine, you can be sure that you will never log into your personal account again. Customer service may tell you fairy tales. Or they can simply ignore your request. In my situation, it was both. Just to be clear, making money will get you blocked. Although you may not get anything, it's unlikely. Be smarter than the rest of us.

Personally I am disappointed in OctaFX, I expected much more from it than I saw. Yes, the company does not fail with payments, but the list of assets, investment proposals here is not particularly wide. The list of assets and offers is not that wide. I still trade with this broker because I haven't found a suitable alternative yet, but I'm on the lookout. I want to find a company that offers the optimal balance of offers for passive/active earning.

OctaFX's investment offerings and asset selection may be limited. I am aware of this. I have no intention of giving up on this platform. I am very comfortable trading here. Spreads are sufficient, there is no slippage when opening/closing Trades Noticed, there is access for social trading. Cooperation with this company will prove to be a valuable experience for both professionals and beginners.
