Diva Pizza began its history in the 90s in Obs, where it was created as a cafe-restaurant specializing in classic thin-crust pizza. Over the years, Diva Pizza has gained a loyal following and a reputation as one of the best pizza and pasta restaurants in Cape Town. Today, we are pleased to serve our customers at 1 Glynn Street in The Gardens, offering both take-out and delivery options for our meals.
The story of NY Slice Pizza began with the desire of the founder, Mark Francis, to get out of the Manhattan office routine. At the time, he was working as an accountant and, tired of corporate life, began to dream of something more. One day, while biting into a classic New York-style cheese pizza after a long day at work, Mark realized that in his native South Africa it was impossible to find New York-style pizza or pizza cut into squares.
Slowly but surely, he began to develop his plan to bring authentic NY Style Pizza back to South Africa. Finally, in 2013, Mark was brave enough to leave his career as an accountant and move from calculating to rolling out dough. Thus, in 2013, he opened the first NY Slice Pizza store on Kloof Street in Cape Town.

His father, Bernado Napoli, was always a source of inspiration and wise advice, supporting his son in this exciting venture.
