YogaLife is a family-run studio in the heart de Waterkant Village. YogaLife was founded in 2010 to offer accessible, soulful yoga for all yogis. YogaLife recently expanded to the South Peninsula, with YogaLife Noordhoek. This is located in the Noordhoek Farm Village to support a growing community.

Our studio is located in an elegant heritage building in Cape Town's vibrant Gardens. Our studio has changing rooms, shower facilities and a comfortable lounge area. We also have a yoga studio with vintage wooden floors and high ceilings.

Online classes are also offered by The Shala, allowing you to practice in the privacy of your home. Each week, new classes are added to our library.
