This course will teach you how interpersonal conflict occurs in the workplace. It will also help you to develop skills and processes that can be used to resolve conflict. The course will provide tips and tricks and help you to practice the skills necessary for managing conflict. Additionally, you will learn how to have difficult conversations, and how to solve problems in a collaborative manner. You will also have the opportunity to complete the Thomas Kilman conflict inventory and receive personalized feedback. To meet the needs of clients, this course can be completed in one, two, or three consecutive days. It can also be done in a modularized format.
