Although his first office was a small shed in the garden, Steve had a big vision. He saw a need for high-quality negotiation solutions and realized that his passion for this commercial skill and his expertise could fill it. Steve quit his retail career to start The Gap Partnership.
Steve created what is considered to be one of the best and most intelligent behavior change programs anywhere, The Complete Skilled Negotiator, in those early days. This program is now available to over 10,000 people around the globe every year.
