Multibuild Ltd, a privately owned engineering and construction company, is the successor of A. Chapides & Sons Construction Company Ltd, founded in 1960 by Mr. Andreas Chapides in Xeros, Cyprus. In 2007, Panicos Charalambous, Anastasia Chapidou, and Marios Chapides took the company a step further by establishing Multibuild, expanding its activities significantly.

Multibuild operates in both the public and private sectors and holds a Class A construction license for all types of buildings and a Class C license for civil engineering works.

The extensive range of projects across Cyprus testifies to our high standards of quality and reliability. Our portfolio includes government projects, industrial buildings, apartments, houses, villas, renovations, restorations, and road structures.

Today, Multibuild stands as one of the largest construction companies in Cyprus, boasting a portfolio of 280 diverse projects and a team of 100 well-trained and experienced employees.
