The villa and its surrounding outdoor areas are oriented towards the Southwest, utilizing linear design elements that guide one's attention towards the captivating view of the Paphos sea. We strategically crafted both a physical and visual passage on the ground floor to maximize the available garden space. This resulted in the division of the ground floor garden into two main axes, creating a scenic pathway connecting the entrance lobby to the flat entrance.

As visitors follow this entrance path, they are treated to the sights of water features and lush vegetation, gradually revealing the charm of the residence. The ground floor is characterized by its seamless integration with the garden and its emphasis on transparency. The triple-height staircase adorned with a green wall forms a magnificent indoor garden, essentially dividing The Bridge House on the first floor into two distinct axes.

The primary axis encompasses the kitchen, dining area, and living space, all strategically positioned in the southwest to offer the most breathtaking views of the Paphos Sea. The full-height glass facade on the first floor ensures unobstructed views of both the sea and the northern-side water feature (the pool glass), which sits above the TV furniture. The second axis, housing three en-suite bedrooms, is situated in the northeast, providing stunning vistas of the surrounding mountains.

The upper-level roof garden serves as an entertainment hub, featuring outdoor amenities such as a gym, yoga area, and swimming pool, offering a perfect setting for leisure and relaxation.
